ProPublishers /Publisher Order & Publishing Guide

Good publishing starts with clear expectations.

Practical guidance for website submissions, editorial requirements, order review, article revisions, publication URLs, earnings and payouts.

01

Prepare your website for review

Check the domain, categories, languages and requested metrics. Add representative sample content and complete each offered service’s pricing and requirements. Review the finished draft before using Submit for review.

02

Set clear editorial requirements

Explain suitable topics, restricted subjects, content quality expectations, link rules and placement conditions. Use specific requirements that help someone prepare an article for your readership.

03

Review an incoming order

Check the service, target URLs, proposed topic, turnaround and content responsibilities. Read the order’s recorded terms and use its messages to resolve questions before starting the work.

04

Review supplied articles

Read the content against the brief and your editorial requirements. Check relevance, readability and proposed links. Follow the order’s article approval steps rather than assuming that receiving a file means it is ready to publish.

05

Handle revision requests

Make feedback specific: identify the section, issue and requested correction. Keep revised content and decisions in the order workflow so everyone works from the relevant version.

06

Submit the publication URL

Check that the article or updated page is live and accessible, with the agreed content and links. Submit the exact live URL and any requested evidence. Respond through the order if a correction is requested.

07

Understand earnings and payout requests

Follow completion in the order, then check the earnings screen for the recorded amount and availability. Pending or held earnings are different from an available balance. Review the displayed conditions before requesting a payout.

08

Keep support connected to the work

For content or publication questions, use the relevant order’s messages. For account or submission problems, contact support and include the website domain or order reference, without sending your password.
